Lisa’s Story

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from Tripple S Community Care Services!

With the invaluable assistance of our dedicated support coordinator and allied health team, we’ve achieved a significant milestone in transferring a client from Older Persons Mental Health unit to community housing. This journey is particularly special to us, as it spans nearly two decades and symbolises the essence of our organisation’s mission.

Our client, who embarked on this journey with two past staff members of Older Persons Mental Health back in 2004 at the age of 42 while residing at Oakden, and transitioned to Northgate House, has now transitioned to community housing at the age of 64. Remarkably, two of our staff members have been steadfast companions throughout her entire journey, underscoring the deep-rooted commitment of Tripple S to individualised care.

To provide high quality care in collaboration with our clients and all rounded support to clients, family and staff within our organisation.

Witnessing the positive transformation in our client’s life brings us immense joy and pride. She now exudes contentment, finding joy in simple pleasures like drives and walks within the community, activities, Hydrotherapy, Personally, I couldn’t be prouder of the collaborative effort that has led to this remarkable outcome.

This success story epitomises the core values of Tripple S Community Care Services and serves as a testament to the dedication and compassion of our team. We’re privileged to be part of our clients’ journeys and remain committed to fostering positive change in their lives.
